Welcome to TolKI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TolKI mobile application (the "App"), operated by Asim Ghazanfar Kiyani ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TolKI is a real-time AI-powered voice translation application that enables users to translate spoken language between 56 supported languages. The App uses artificial intelligence technology to provide near-instantaneous voice-to-voice translation.

The App is available to users of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App and make purchases.

TolKI operates on a credit-based system:
New users receive 10 free credits upon account creation, providing approximately 10 minutes of translation time to test the service.

Prices are subject to change. Current prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
All credit purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. By purchasing credits, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
IMPORTANT: NO REFUNDS
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once completed. Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

Audio Data: Voice audio transmitted during translation sessions is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers.
