- Audio Data: When you use the translation feature, we temporarily process your voice audio to provide real-time translation. Audio is transmitted to our translation service provider and is not permanently stored.
- Usage Information: We collect information about how you use the App, including:
- Translation session duration and frequency
- Language pairs selected
- Credit usage and balance
- Device type and operating system version
- Technical Information: Device identifiers, IP address, app version, and error logs for technical support and app improvement.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide Services: To operate the App, process translations, manage your account, and deliver purchased credits.
- Improve Services: To analyze usage patterns, fix bugs, and enhance app features.

- After Account Deletion: All personal information is immediately and permanently deleted from our systems upon account deletion. No retention period applies.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete such information.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than Norway, including the United States, where our service providers operate. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that appropriate safeguards are in place.

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
12. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The App does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies for advertising or analytics purposes. We only use essential technical data (such as device identifiers) necessary for app functionality and security.
13. Your Choices
- Account Information: You can update your account information in the App settings.
- Microphone Access: You can revoke microphone permissions in your device settings, but this will prevent the App from functioning.
- Marketing Communications: We do not send marketing emails. All communications are transactional and related to your use of the App.
